ADVANTAGES OF THE PRODUCT

PREPARATION OF THE SURFACE

•The surface should be clean, dry, smooth, and saturated with water.

•The surface should be cleared of residues such as oil, dirt, paint that will prevent

adhesion.

•WERIMIT WETECH-REPAIR should be applied to the corners and edges.

•The application surface should be saturated with water and should be kept moist

during the application.

•Care should be taken that there is no water accumulation on the surface.

• The above data was obtained based on the results of laboratory tests, and values may 

vary due to differences in the construction site environment. 

APPLICATION 

 •B component (3 kg component and 5-5.5 lt. water) is put into a mixing bowl then, during continuous mixing, 25 Kg of WERIMIT STROMIT-CRYSTAL 2K (Crystallized Waterproofing Mortar Two-Compound) is added to component A and mixed with a low- speed mixer until a homogeneous mixture is obtained (approximately 3 minutes). 

• The mortar, which is rested for 5 minutes, is mixed again until it reaches a fluid consistency. 

• After the surface to be applied is moistened with water, the fluid mortar is applied to the surface where the water can come into contact with a brush. 

• The application should be done in 2 or 3 layers, in a way that the application direction on each layer is perpendicular to the previous application. 

• While waiting for at least 4 hours between coats depending on the temperature, moistening should be done between each application when necessary.

• Continuous mixing of the product is recommended during application. 

• Floors to be walked on should be coated with a final layer made up of screed, ceramic etc. 

SHELF LIFE 

•Shelf life is 12 months when stored in its unopened original package in a way that is not exposed to moisture, dry and direct sunlight, provided that it is placed in a maximum of 8 rows on top of each other.
