AREAS OF UTILIZATION

• It is used as concrete repair mortar for the repair and restoration of concrete

prefabricated building elements on horizontal and vertical floors indoors and

outdoors, and for the repair and restoration of poured and broken surfaces on

walls and ceilings.

• It can also be used as a repair plaster to provide a smooth surface before tile

application.

• It dries quickly and can be applied in a short time.

• It provides high adherence on concrete and plastered surfaces.

• It has high resistance to water and frost.

PREPARATION OF THE SURFACE

• Oil, dirt, or materials that prevent adhesion should be cleaned from the surface,

materials such as mortar cement residues etc. should be scraped of and the surface

should be free of dust.

• If necessary, the application surface should be cleaned with water.

• In very hot and windy weather, the surface should be saturated with water.

• Before the application, WERIMIT WEPRIME-SATIN should be applied to the surface

in order to get a good result.

APPLICATION

• 25 kg WERIMIT WETECH REPAIR R2 (Repair Mortar R2) is poured into 4.5-5.5 liters of

clean water. It is preferably mixed with a low-speed mixer so that no lumps remain.

• The prepared mortar is rested for 5-10 minutes to cure and used again after mixing for

1-2 minutes.

• WERIMIT WETECH REPAIR R2 is filled by using steel trowel by applying pressure against

the broken, cracked, and broken areas on the floor. • After its application, the surface is smoothed with a trowel. After the application, the

surface is finished with a damp sponge.

SHELF LIFE

• Shelf life is 12 months when stored in its unopened original package in a way that is not

exposed to moisture, dry and direct sunlight, provided that it is placed in a maximum of

8 rows on top of each other.
