630 WETECH-GROUT
Grouting Mortar
AREAS OF UTILIZATION
• It is used in steel structure, prefabricated building foundation sockets, which
require high strength, in the repair of decomposing concrete, and also in filling the
gaps that may occur between old and new concrete.

 ADVANTAGES OF THE PRODUCT
• It fills the gaps that are difficult to access due to its fluidity and can be easily
applied with a pump.
• Prevents shrinkage after setting.

PREPARATION OF THE SURFACE
• Application surfaces should be clean and in good condition.
• The surface should be free of residues and dust that will prevent adhesion.
• Considering the working time, enough material to be used should be prepared.
• Care should be taken that there is no water on the surface.
• If an application is to be made on the old concrete surface, the surface must be
moistened before the application.

• The above data was obtained based on the results of laboratory tests, and values may
vary due to differences in the construction site environment.

APPLICATION
• Half of 25 kg WERIMIT WETECH-GROUT (Grouting Mortar) should be poured slowly onto
4-4.5 liters of water and mixed with a mixer for approximately 2-3 minutes until a
homogeneous mixture is obtained.
• Mixing should be carried out with a low-speed mixer. Afterwards, the remaining half of
the material should be added to the mortar and mixed to be free of agglomerates.
• The prepared mortar should be poured uninterruptedly from one side of the container,
without any delays.
• It should be ensured that there is no air left in the mortar, otherwise air bubbles may
cause poor adhesion as they will prevent the surface contact.
• During the filling process of the mortar, it should be ensured that sufficient pressure is
applied to ensure fluidity.
• In order for the product to benefit from its expansion property at the highest level, the
process should be completed within a maximum of 15-20 minutes.

SHELF LIFE
• Shelf life is 12 months when stored in its unopened original package in a way that is not
exposed to moisture, dry and direct sunlight, provided that it is placed in a maximum of
8 rows on top of each other.
