APPLICATION
• 25 kg WERIMIT THERMAMIT-FIX (Thermal Insulation Board Adhesive) is poured on 5.5-6
liters of clean water by sprinkling.
• It is preferably combined with a low-speed mixer until there are no lumps.
• The prepared mortar is rested for 5 minutes to cure and used again after mixing for 1-2
minutes.
• WERIMIT THERMAMIT-FIX should be spread homogeneously on the application surface in
a smooth and equal thickness with a trowel. • If there are irregularities on the surface, it is applied continuously along the four sides
of the thermal insulation board and in three heaps in the middle of the board. • Care should be taken that minimum 35-40% of the insulation board is covered with
adhesive, it is checked that the surface of the mortar does not crust during bonding, and
the board is adhered with an appropriate pressure.
• Care should be taken that the adhesive does not overflow to the edges of the board.
• If the surface is very smooth, it can be applied with a notched trowel to the back of the
plate with combing method.
• After at least 2 days, mechanical anchoring can be done by checking the hardness of the
board adhesive mortar.
SHELF LIFE
•Shelf life is 12 months when stored in its unopened original package in a way that is not
exposed to moisture, dry and direct sunlight, provided that it is placed in a maximum of
8 rows on top of each other.
